Investigate advanced dashboarding related to other tickets

Mirantis has some impressive-looking dashboards for kubernetes clusters and Ceph clusters... if I can find them, or even just by looking at them, I might be able to replicate them!

However, actually replicating them will be broken down or split up among other issues. This ticket is just for investigation.
